Mandalya Apartments is a small and exclusive development, nestled at the foot of a mountain pine forest and surrounded by olive groves in the peaceful resort of Akbuk. The site is slightly elevated providing panoramic views of the surrounding hillside and beautiful Akbuk bay. The development is located only 1000m from the easily accessible local beaches, shops and restaurants and is serviced by a regular local bus service to the beach, town and the bustling nearby resort of Altinkum.

Mandalya Apartments development consists of eighteen individual two and three bedroom luxury apartments with communal swimming pool, children’s pool and landscaped gardens. The apartments are built to the highest quality standards and are finished with natural stone features in the terraces and stairwell.

Akbuk town is backed by pine clad hills rolling down to a vast crystal clear bay which creates a peaceful and relaxing setting. The bay is edged with a mixture of sandy and shingle beaches which are perfect for water sports and swimming.

Akbuk town centre is self contained with mini markets and local shops and there are a number of holiday complexes, hotels and small pensions catering for tourists in the summer season.
